How to complete the form:

1. Provide name and email information (so appropriate venues and professionals can respond). Include your phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way.

Note: Contact information is provided only to sites participating in the RFI program - and only for the purposes of responding to your request. Your information is not shared with others or used for any other purpose.

2. Indicate your planned event date. This helps bachelorette/shower venues and professionals determine whether they can accommodate your request - to avoid wasting your time. (If you're flexible between two or more dates, just note both in the space.)

3. Estimate your guest count.

4. Detail your specific information requests. What kind of party are you planning - sedate tea, spa party, wild and crazy ... or some combination? Do you need multiple services (limousines, caterers, private dining, spa services)? The more information you include, the better the information you'll receive in response!
