How to complete the form:

1. Provide name and email information (so appropriate vendors can respond). Include your phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way.

Note: Contact information is provided only to professionals participating in the RFI program - and only for the purposes of responding to your request. Your information is not shared with others or used for any other purpose.

2. Indicate your wedding date. Include your best estimate. This helps gown vendors determine whether they can accommodate your request - and advise you if you need to make gown decision(s) soon!

3. Indicate whether you are shopping for your own gown, your bridesmaids', or both.

4. Detail your specific information requests. Looking for a particular gown fabric, style, designer, color, etc.? Searching for a particular accessory? The more information you include, the better the information you'll receive in response!


Once you click the "send" button, your request for information will be routed by The Wedding & Special Event Yellow Pages to the wedding gown designers, salons and shops in our system.
