How to complete the form:

1. Provide name and email information (so appropriate caterers can respond). Include your phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way.

Note: Contact information is provided only to vendors participating in the RFI program - and only for the purposes of responding to your request. Your information is not shared with others or used for any other purpose.

2. Indicate your wedding date, location and time. This helps caterers determine whether they are available for your wedding - to avoid wasting your time.

3. Indicate your anticipated guest count.

4. Detail your specific information requests. Include any menu preferences, budget guidelines, timing concerns, etc. The more information you include, the better the information you'll receive in response!

5. Indicate which caterers you'd like to hear from. You can send your request to all our sites if you're not sure. Use "ctrl" key to select more than one.

Once you click the "send" button, your request for information will be routed by The Wedding & Special Event Yellow Pages to the sites you've chosen.
