How to complete the form:

1. Provide name and email information (so appropriate wedding vendors can respond). Include your phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way.

Note: Contact information is provided only to wedding professionals participating in the RFI program - and only for the purposes of responding to your request. Your information is not shared with others or used for any other purpose.

2. Indicate your wedding date. This helps florists determine whether they can accommodate your request - to avoid wasting your time.

3. Wedding location(s). Specifying your ceremony and/or reception venues helps florists determine if they can add you to their schedule on your wedding day, plus develop appropriate ideas and begin estimating costs.

4. Detail your specific information requests. Include any color schemes, requirements, ideas, budget guidelines, # of attendants, non-flower decorations desired, etc. This is optional, but the more information you include, the better the information you'll receive in response!

5. Select specific wedding florists/decorators, or choose "ALL" to send your request to all participating vendors.


Once you click the "send" button, your request for information will be routed by The Wedding & Special Event Yellow Pages to the wedding florists and floral designers in our system.
