How to complete the form:

1. Provide name and email information (so invitations and calligraphy professionals can respond). Include your phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way.

Note: Contact information is provided only to professionals participating in the RFI program - and only for the purposes of responding to your request. Your information is not shared with others or used for any other purpose.

2. Indicate your wedding date. This helps invitations, stationery and calligraphy professionals know how quickly you'll need to make decisions.

3. Indicate whether you are looking for invitations, save-the-date cards, thank you notes, stationery, calligraphy ... or all of these.

4. Detail your specific information requests. Are you looking for a particular card company's products? Something unique you haven't seen yet? Religous or culturally influenced designs? Or just an unusual color? The more information you include, the better the information you'll receive in response!
