How to complete the form:

1. Provide name and email information (so appropriate wedding vendors can respond). Include your phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way.

Note: Contact information is provided only to wedding professionals participating in the RFI program - and only for the purposes of responding to your request. Your information is not shared with others or used for any other purpose.

2. Indicate your wedding date. This helps photographers determine whether they can accommodate your request - to avoid wasting your time.

3. Detail your specific information requests. Heart set on traditional, romantic style photography? Or, looking for modern, photojournalistic images? A combination, or something in between? Mention it here. This is optional, but the more information you include, the better the information you'll receive in response!

4. Select specific photographers, or choose "ALL" to send your request to all participating photographers.


Once you click the "send" button, your request for information will be routed by The Wedding & Special Event Yellow Pages to the wedding photographers in our system.
