How to complete the form:

1. Provide name and email information (so appropriate venues can respond). Include your phone number if you prefer to be contacted that way.

Note: Contact information is provided only to sites participating in the RFI program - and only for the purposes of responding to your request. Your information is not shared with others or used for any other purpose.

2. Indicate your wedding rehearsal dinner date. This helps sites determine whether they can accommodate your request - to avoid wasting your time. (If you're flexible between two or more dates, just note both in the space.)

3. Estimate your guest count.

4. Detail your specific information requests. Include any menu preferences, budget guidelines, time, etc. The more information you include, the better the information you'll receive in response!
