How to complete the form:
1. Provide name and email information
(so appropriate vendors can respond). Include your phone number
if you prefer to be contacted that way.
Note: Contact information is provided only
to vendors participating in the RFI program - and only for the purposes
of responding to your request. Your information is not shared
with others or used for any other purpose.
2. Indicate your wedding date, location
and time. This helps wedding professionals determine if they
can serve you - and avoid wasting your time.
3. Indicate your anticipated guest count,
as well as the rental items you are interested in.
4. Detail your specific information requests.
Include any preferences, ideas or questions about colors, items
needed/available, materials, budget guidelines, etc. The more information
you include, the better the information you'll receive in response!
