Marketing Day
Those of you that have seen my presentation "9 Ways to Optimize Your Marketing for Results" already know that I advocate setting aside a single day each year and dedicating it completely to reviewing the past year's results and establishing the next year's plan.
Gwen Moran, author of a useful article I just found on Enterpreneur.com, has come up with a helpful blueprint for how to use that "marketing day." (Well, maybe her plan requires more like a day and a half, since she doesn't appear to have allowed time for sleeping!)
