Night Before the Wedding
One of the most nerve wrecking is the night before the wedding. No matter how prepared you are, time will come that serious nerve will left you wide awake. It is important that you are fully prepared both physically and mentally for the next morning.
In order to relax you need to focus on yourself. Make yourself busy so that you can easily sleep. To do that you need to do some regiment to your skin. Look after your skin. Put all beauty essential products to make your skin look radiant and glowing. This will help you to look beautiful the next morning. Have someone in your side, like you best friend or sister or even your mother.
Avoid drinking too much alcohol, instead drink plenty of water. Alcohol will leave headache in the morning which is not a good idea. It will also make you look haggard and ugly. You can drink few glasses but make sure that its alcohol contain is less than 4%. It will somehow help you to get sleep. You need to drink plenty of water. It helps to flash out some toxin in your body and it will also make you calm. Better to drink cold water so that your body will replenish. Avoid coffee, it will not help you to get some sleep. If can’t be avoided drink decaffeinated instead.
You can take a work out or a jog before going to bed. This will not only make you feel tired it will also help you to lose weight from the food you’ve taken from the dinner. It will also help you to get in bed early, which means that you will feel revitalized when you wake up in the morning. You will also have a better mood because some tension are released through the sweat that you’ve had during your work out.
It is also recommended to have a hot tub washing. This will help you to relax and make your blood flow better. Washing your body will make you feel light which is very helpful to get a sleep. Make sure to wash your hair so that in the morning your hair is clean and can be easily style. When you wash yourself, you also removing some dead cells in your skin which is very helpful to make you look glowing when you wake up.
Listen to an instrumental music. This will help you to relax your body and mind which can be very helpful in order to get some sleep easily.
